經營歷史遠從曾祖父那輩開始,為台東寶桑街區六十年以上老店,舊稱寶桑蘿蔔糕、柯家早點。隨著時代變遷,寶桑路已逐漸凋零沒落,但柯家仍堅守著這片土地,無論是選材備料、炊蒸器具…等等,絲毫不馬虎而且更加重視,107 年正式更名為『木可蘿蔔糕』,這份堅持與用心已傳承至第五代-柯瑞德。


柯瑞德將傳統素食蘿蔔糕做出精緻質感,整體製程遵循古法手工製作,木製蒸籠蒸煮而成,專注於品質與工藝;每當蒸籠打開,炊煙裊裊的蘿蔔清香飄起,就是職人手作蘿蔔糕出爐之時。


柴香與焦香撲鼻的蘿蔔糕,淋上一匙獨家調配米醬,配上大骨熬製的豬血湯,就是傳統老台東的經典早餐。除此之外柯瑞德更在蘿蔔糕的口味求新求變,推出起司、木虌果等創新吃法,融合美食與台東在地文化,在新舊記憶中爆出火花。

 

The “Tai Tung Po Sang” shop is a sixty-years old shop in Baosang block in Taitung City. The Baosang block was fading, but the Tai Tung Po Sang shop insisted on the qualities of raw material, the high quality applications and son on. In 2018, The shop was named the Tai Tung Po Sang shop. Now, the 5th generation heir, Mr. Ko, Jui De, took over the shop.

 

The Tai Tung Po Sang shop’s turnip cake was with firewood smell and burnt flavor, and tasted with the special sauce. The flavor of the turnip cake with the pork blood soup is Taitung people traditional flavor. In addition, the heir Mr. Ko innovates the flavor of the turnip cake including cheese, gac fruit. The traditional turnip cake flavor improved with creative tasted.
